Welcome to Twingle! By accessing or using the Twingle Android application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Twingle uses Google Sign-In to register users.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• Twingle is a completely private app. No personal details are shared with other users.
• All messages and calls are strictly one-on-one and are not stored or monitored by Twingle.
• User data is securely stored on Google Cloud and Firestore.
• You may request the deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your activities on Twingle, including messages and calls.
• Twingle prohibits obscene content, pornography, or any other form of inappropriate behavior.
• If any user is found violating these rules, they may be held legally liable.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing, sending, or engaging in obscene or pornographic content.
• Harassment, abuse, or any form of offensive behavior.
• Any illegal activities that violate applicable laws.
• Using Twingle for spamming, fraud, or any malicious activities.

6. Blocking and Reporting

• Users have the option to block others at their discretion.
• If you encounter inappropriate behavior, report it through the app.

7. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud and Firestore.
• We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Twingle is not responsible for any damages, losses, or harm arising from user interactions.
• We do not intervene in voice and video calls between users.

10. Changes to Terms

• Twingle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
